I have been contemplating bringing this blog back for the entirety of 2023. Here we are in late December, and here I am again - I’d like to remind you that great things take

time! When my son was three months old, I started my first blog and design business, which was both the best and the craziest time of my life. It was the best because I had the freedom to express my creativity and the craziest because I was a first-time mom with a newborn. Talk about exploring unchartered territory. That is a whole series of blog posts

right there. Nevertheless, life got busy, and my design business picked up, giving me less time to write.

Fast forward seven years, and I have three kids, six chickens, and a wealth of knowledge to share with you. Let’s be real; you are all scrolling and looking at photos,

and nobody is reading captions. This blog will be one big caption that you can click on when you need design advice, a new outfit idea, a tried-and-true recipe, or just a

relatable moment to yourself.

So, by way of introduction, my name is Ashley, and I do a lot of things. Seriously, it’s bananas sometimes. It may seem overwhelming or even impossible to some, but I am

who I am, unapologetically. As for the name of the blog, we will get there. I hate to spoil it for you, but this is not a cooking blog.
